I'm not married, so I don't have any personal anecdotes to share. I did participate in the infamous Fecked Company thread of the same name as this forum, but only to disagree with the BS being thrown out by marriage defenders in my role of Bachelor Evangelist. In any case, it may take awhile to get enough members to achieve critical mass for this forum to accumulate the perspective and side-splitting humor concentrated into that FC thread, but I sure hope it eventually happens. Also I would repeat the appeal made by Lee on the don't marry board ( dontgetmarried.proboards.com) for anyone who has that FC thread archived to please let us know, and please share!

Blinderzoff,
That thread was a beauty! I remember reading it when it was 100-150 pages; I stopped reading @ pp. 110 or so. The last time I checked, it had over 1,000 pages-wow! What was sobering were the guys who used an approach that I would have used if I were seeking marriage: friendship first. Even the guys who were friends first, and even though they kept sex to a minimum, they didn't seem to have any better luck than those who were more liberated in their approach to women & relationships. Conclusion? No matter what you do, you cannot win; there's too big a chance of getting stuck with a fucked in the head, feminist minded Ameriskank-no thank you! All I can say is TGIS...

James Bond. I have seen the same avatar on the armyranger.com board. Are you a member of the 75th Ranger Regiment? If so you have my admiration and respect.
I too marvelled at Pud's thread on the feckedcompany.com board. And how it grew to a huge thread of over 1000 pages. It was widely disputed by the Women folk on the board. But the Men's story was so compelling. How many got trapped with the Honey Trap, then after the children were born the Sex stopped completely. Unless they bought her new furniture, a vacation or remodeled the Kitchen.
It was really so mercenary by the Women it was appalling. I could not see any sane Man willing to submit to voluntary Indentured Servitude status. It simply makes no sense anymore. Even us guys raised Pre Feminism have seen the changes in America and cannot justify it anymore.

I used to be married. It sucked! Really, I can't begin to tell you how much it sucked.
As a legally-single man, I now have access to much higher quality women, who have no contractual power over me. So they are on their best behavior at all times.
Never give away the biggest power you have over women. The power to walk away.

Puma,
That's the only way to have leverage in any kind of negotiation-walking away. If you're willing to walk away, then you'll have more power. I like the idea of keeping the power, so a woman will always be on her best behavior, hehehe...

I see females as they are = pollution, so it's easy for me to stay away.
So I don't hate my life because I haven't put myself in a position to get in trouble by them, however I do wish things were different in that feminism didn't exist.
I don't know about the success of dittoing that thread of threads as there's not nearly enough membership to make this happen IMO.

Amen brother. I've used it many times myself - literally walking away from women. When I do this, one of two things invariably happens: 1: she changes her tune, or 2: I've eliminated a bitch from my life.
Either way, I'm the winner.
