ca.askmen.com/specials/2009_top_29Most of the cities in the list are large, expensive North American or European cities. Only 3 in Latin America listed: Santiago, Panama City, Buenos Aires I was surprised to see Chicago as #1 (but then again I really don't know too much about it).

What a joke that list is. Why? You don't have to accept their list totally. You can glean the useful info from it if one, for eg, if one doesn't want to live in the US. If one does that, I still haven't been to all the cities, but they strike me as good spots to be on one condition.. That one has the money to make it work.

Any list that includes American or Western European cities is not worth my time to read.
