I can reasonably understand why a 20 year old would have children(at least it means he's getting some, and that's very important for most males, it seems), but a man in his 30's, with the full power of the law against him, and he still goes for it.

At least they could go for women in their 20's, buy them with that assembled wealth, but no. They are going for infertile, used up, std-infected(all women are, but you know what I mean)females in their 30's.
